Consultation: Define needs and goals, analyze function of your space, determine existing furniture, identify style, establish budget, define technical requirements, measure areas included in project. Look at inspiration photos, visualization.
Space Planning: Provide drawings to include furniture plans, drapery elevations, 3D renderings and hand sketches.
Design Development: Develop design concept, including materials, color scheme, furniture and lighting, determine design style. Plan visits to showrooms for concept and style inspiration, select vendors.
Concept Application: Select flooring, wall coverings, window covering, lighting, tile, counter tops, textiles and accessories. Draw custom furniture, evaluate budget and selections, review scale, balance and composition. Update drawings if necessary.
Purchasing and Procurement: Define purchases required, write purchase orders and process with vendors, re-select back orders, expedite orders, coordinate crating, shipping and delivery.
Project Management: Deliveries, product inspection, instillations.
Accessories: Artwork, custom and otherwise, re-upholstering furniture, rugs, table wear, bedding.
Entire Home Package | Hourly Rate
I recommend this package when you are planning a gut renovation and you'd like work on your new home together from conception to completion. This includes liaisons with contractor, other vendors, and architect. I will provide consulting on structural plans, lighting plans, and overall design of kitchen and bathrooms, and on all of the details through the furniture phase of each room. This package also includes project management and scheduling curation during the construction phase. Floor plans, elevations and 3D renderings are included in this package.
Per Room Design | Flat Rate
If you have one or more rooms that need a surface upgrade — think color scheme, new furniture, rugs, lighting, window treatments, paint selections, art, storage and accessories — I work for a flat fee to remodel the overall design of each room. Floor plans, elevations, 3D renderings, and a shopping list are included in this package.
